Must be at least 18 yrs. old to rent a room.

| Security
deposit OR a major credit card required on ALL rentals. Guests will be
charged for any damages or missing items.

| NO VISITORS ALLOWED inside
the room at any time other
than the number of registered
guests for your room. Guests with more than the number of registered
persons in their room will be evicted without a refund AND an additional $25
per person, per night will be charged.

| No noise or disturbances
permitted after midnight. Violators will be evicted without a refund.

| PETS are permitted ONLY in
a few designated rooms. We have just a few "pet friendly" rooms. Pet
owners are responsible for their pets. If your pet consistently
disturbs other guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If
your pet soils the room, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
Additional $10 per night will be added to the daily rate for a pet friendly room. No
more than ONE PET will be permitted!! |
